Eu9 Terms and Conditions — Know Before You Play

1 General Terms & Acceptance

By accessing the eu9 platform or using any of its services, you are considered to have accepted these Terms & Conditions. They constitute a legally binding agreement between eu9 and the user.

3 Eligibility & Age Requirements

Users must be 18 years of age or older to use the eu9 platform. Minors are strictly prohibited from registering an account or playing any games on eu9.

Eu9 may request a national ID, passport, or other government-issued document for age verification at any time. Failure to complete verification will result in account suspension.

• Minimum age requirement: 18 years.
• Residents of restricted regions are not permitted to open an account on eu9.
• Professional players who wish to bet on events they are directly involved in are prohibited from participating on eu9.

4 Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

Deposits and withdrawals on eu9 can be made using popular payment methods available in Bangladesh. All transactions are processed through eu9's secure payment gateway.

• The minimum deposit amount is determined by eu9's current policy.
• Account verification (KYC) must be completed before any withdrawal can be processed.
• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
• Eu9 reserves the right to withhold any withdrawal in cases of suspected fraudulent activity.
• Withdrawals are typically processed within 30 minutes to 24 hours.
• Withdrawals to third-party accounts are strictly prohibited.

5 Bonus & Promotion Terms

To take advantage of eu9 bonuses and promotions, certain conditions must be met. Bonuses cannot be withdrawn directly after being credited — a specified wagering requirement must be fulfilled before withdrawal is permitted.

• Each bonus offer has its own validity period and wagering requirements.
• The same individual may not claim the same bonus offer more than once.
• Withdrawals on winnings derived from bonus funds may be subject to limits.

6 Gameplay Policy & Fairness

If a technical issue occurs during gameplay, eu9 reserves the right to void the round and refund the deposit. eu9 is not liable for bets lost due to server downtime or network issues.

8 Prohibited Activities

• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to another user's account.
• Using bots, macros, or automation software to manipulate game outcomes.
• Attempting to carry out a cyberattack or hacking against the eu9 platform.
• Accessing eu9 from a restricted region using a VPN or proxy.
• Operating an account using another user's identity.

9 Account Closure & Suspension

Eu9 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account, for any reason or no reason at all. In cases of rule violations, eu9 will act immediately.

Users may request account closure at any time through eu9 Support. Before the account is closed, any valid balance may be withdrawn; however, any active bonuses will be cancelled.

• Accounts may be closed without prior notice in the event of a rule violation.
• Any bonus balance remaining in a closed account will be forfeited.
• Eu9 reserves the right to take legal action in cases of fraud.

10 Responsible Gaming
